PlayStation Plus October Catalog Adds Mafia, Horizon and Mycopunk
Sony’s October Game Catalog lineup also includes Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2, The Midnight Walk and Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn Edition.
Sony has announced the October 2026 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup, led by Mafia: The Old Country and Horizon Forbidden West. Both are part of the catalog for Extra and Premium members, alongside the co-op looter shooter Mycopunk, Tales of Arise – Beyond the Dawn Edition, Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2 and The Midnight Walk.
The lineup mixes established action and role-playing games with newer releases. Mafia: The Old Country is a story set in 1900s Sicily, while Horizon Forbidden West follows Aloy across a dangerous frontier in a post-apocalyptic world. Mycopunk joins the catalog on its release day, giving players a new co-op option.
When the games arrive
The Midnight Walk is available on October 14 in the United States and United Kingdom, and October 15 in Japan. The clay-crafted dark fantasy adventure can be played on PS5 or with PS VR2. Mycopunk arrives worldwide on October 20, and Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2 becomes available on October 27 in the United States, United Kingdom and Japan.
Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2 sends players deeper into the Playtime Co. toy factory to solve puzzles and evade its horror characters. Mycopunk centers on a squad of robot exterminators fighting a fungal threat, with four-player co-op and customizable upgrades. The Midnight Walk follows the Burnt One and Potboy through a world of wonder and horror.
Premium adds two classics
PlayStation Plus Premium’s Classics lineup for October includes Dino Crisis 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition, according to Sony’s announcement as summarized by IGN. Those titles are separate from the main Game Catalog additions for Extra and Premium members.
Tales of Arise – Beyond the Dawn Edition is also listed for PS5 and PS4. Sony’s announcement describes a conflict between the worlds of Rena and Dahna, where Rena has ruled Dahna for 300 years. The announcement does not state an availability date for Tales of Arise or the two Premium Classics.
