- Original and exclusive. Your article must not have been published anywhere else.
- Useful to readers. Every piece should be useful or interesting to our readers.
- 800–1,500 words in clear, plain English, with clear sub-headings.
- Accurate. Support facts and figures with credible sources we can check.
- Images you have the rights to, with credit and licence details.
- A short author bio (up to 60 words) and one relevant link.

What we do not accept
Content about gambling, adult services, weapons, drugs, CBD, payday lending or cryptocurrency schemes; articles written mainly to place links; copied, spun or misleading content; and anything that could identify people involved in active legal proceedings.
